AGM

Committee nominations are now closed. Voting will take place by email (open from now till Thursday 26th 18:00) or in person at the AGM.

The AGM will be held in W/307 at 18:00 on the 26th Feb, with drinks in D bar to welcome in the new committee afterwards. Please be there if you can make it. We need 25% of the society (~26 people) to amend the constitution.

2. Changes to the YUSU Society Constitution to better serve the society

4. Elections - Speeches from/questions to candidates

• If you are standing for a position and cannot make the AGM, please send us a statement to be read on your behalf.
• If you have anything else you want to be discussed at the AGM, please let us know.

To vote by email, send the society an email indicating the person you wish to hold each position, or if we should reopen nominations (RON).  You do not need to vote in every category if you do not wish to.
